Much like cable and satellite companies have an “On Demand” service for movies and TV shows, Spain will be allowing abortions for any and all women 16 and up. The current law only allows abortion if the woman was raped, if the fetus has genetic defects or if the health of the mother is in danger. The new legislation would be giving away abortions on demand during the first 14 weeks of pregnancy without parental consent. Naturally, the conservatives of Spain are going batshit, though they seem significantly less batshit than our conservative party as Spain already has laws in place legalizing gay marriage and making divorce easier. Where can we get some of Spain’s liberalism/fascism/socialism/terrorism/whatever else idiots wanna call it?
