Today was my descent into hell, and it was hellish alright. No dual enrollment for College Algebra, but I’ll ace it easily. PE seems to be far more of a bitch than I would have anticipated. Physics will most likely be a lot of fun but it’s a bit distracting how my teacher looks sort of like Cameron Diaz in a few years with Kristin Chenoweth’s voice. Spanish 4 will murder me and hang my body on a spit. Yaddi yaddi yaddah, I hate this and as Kenny will admit, all you kids who were excited about school and now eating your words and were living some hilarious fantasy. Except you Danielle (if you read this?), I will just never understand you but am willing to accept your vast love for all things school. But as I sort of expected, I heard stuff that made me want to shoot myself repeatedly and play “Five Minutes To Kill Yourself” in my head, and yes, I have just about mastered that game on adultswim.com.
Turns out for months, all this booing and laughter and negative talk over how bad the most recent Stephen Sommers cinematic abortion G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra looked, was kind of like the Family Guy joke about Peter and the gang’s hatred of Barry Manilow, while all harboring secret feelings of intense love towards the singer. Everyone at this damn school loved that film, and I just about never heard the end of it. Meanwhile, apparently Funny People is the worst movie ever. That’s right, ever. And The Proposal is a “great film”. Just what I’ve been missing, a reason to feel holier than thou while also being depressed to the core about the circumstances.
The film made 56 million dollars over the weekend, expected due to the massive middle america campaigning and really, toy movies aimed at boys work. Nothing better to take your 12 year old son to than this, I’ll admit it. But hearing lots of boys rant about Sienna Miller’s (stuffed) boobs and the girls getting tickly ginies from Channing Tatum and one girl even mentioned Marlon Wayans (no mentions of Dennis Quaid, I’m disappointed).
The message here is clear. School sucks, and so do you, and by you, I mean everyone who ISN’T reading my website. Which is far less people than there used to be.

I haven’t seen GI Joe. Probably won’t.
Hope the year goes okay for you dude. Just listen to all the fangasms, and when they’ve shut up for a moment, recommend something you enjoyed that you think they might enjoy. Perhaps some will listen.
